Welcome Back

 

 

As we begin reopening our doors at Nalu, we wanted to inform you all of the new protocol and procedures that have been instated at the salon.

 

Business Hours:
  • Beginning Monday June 15th, we will be open Monday-Saturday for 2 consecutive weeks.
  • As all service providers have different schedules, please contact the salon or your preferred service provider for their appointment availability.
  • We will be resuming our standard business hours on Tuesday June 30th.
Appointments:
  • At Home color kits will no longer be available.
  • Please call the salon at 248-566-3900, email us at info@nalubirmingham.com, or contact your preferred service provider directly.
  • Please leave a detailed message including your name, service provider, and services requested.
  • Due to an extremely high volume of inquiries, we appreciate your patience as a Nalu team member contacts you.
Cancellation Policy:
  • We require a 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment. Any missed or cancelled appointments without 48 hours notice will result in full payment of the missed service due upon the next service. Those guests will also be required to keep a credit card on their profile for future cancellations.
Lobby:
  • The Lobby will be restricted to guests with an appointment at any particular time. Please do not bring children, friends, pets, etc.
  • We ask that you notify us upon your arrival and wait in your car until a team member calls you in the building.
Check In:
  • Please notify us upon your arrival and kindly wait in you call until you are called in by a team member.
  • Please do not bring additional people with you to your appointment as we have to respect the social distancing guidelines.
  • Please arrive on time! If you are more that 5 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation or reduced services per service provider.
  • Upon entering the building you will have your temperature taken with a touch-free thermometer and be asked to fill out a short questionnaire.
  • We ask that masks be worn at all times once in the building. If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide you with one for $2 fee added to your service ticket.
  • Keep at least 6 feet away from others while in the salon.
Check Out:
  • The checkout process will resume as normal. Also remember that you can use the Venmo app to send gratuity to your stylist and assistants.
  • Please ask a team member for assistance with retail products.
  • To ensure that our salon stays as safe and sanitized as possible, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment if you have experienced any cold or flu symptoms with the last 2 weeks or if you have been in contact with anyone who has had symptoms in the last 2 weeks.
  • We have also suspended all beverage service and magazines during this time.
  • All appointments have been booked accordingly to allow proper social distancing and to allow extra time for cleaning and sanitizing between every client.
  • Our team has been informed and trained with the best sanitization practices.
